Due to declining demand and limited storage space, we will no longer stock Sentinel Spectrum or the Canine Flu vaccine in clinic.
Sentinel Spectrum is available through our online store (click "shop online" above)or other online outlets. These will be authorized to fill as long as the pets' yearly exam is in date and continuous heartworm coverage is reflected in the medical records. It is a safe, effective medication and fine to continue using.
The canine flu vaccine is effective and available at some other clinics in town. The incidence of canine flu in this area is very rare at this time, and is no longer required by most kennels. It continues to be a concern in coastal regions. We recommend this vaccine if you intend to travel to those areas. We will continue to monitor the prevalence, and will adjust our policies if needed.
